It only connects to bluetooth headset. its bt is not ment for data transfer.

The bluetooth ordeal does create a problem, but one solution is getting the “WhatsApp” application installed on your phone. You can send media files to whoever has WhatsApp for very minimal costs. Make sure the person you are trying to send media to also has this application installed. You will see, once you have installed it, that it automatically picks up from your phonebook who has WhatsApp. I just got the phone yesterday and I have to say it is a hard phone to manage, but I’m sure once you get to know the phone it will get better.
I’m still struggling myself as I had a Nokia X6 before this one lol
