I have samsung c3312, I use to send and receive messages using my nokia phone. it was easy to connect with nokia pc suite and write long messages. But this phone is not connecting with pc suite even i downloaded samsung pc suite also. Can any one help me please???? I have converted my contact while using Samsung Kies but it has no option to send and receive messages via computer.
me too have c3312 i wanna to download pc suites for that. pls tell me how to download this pc suite and tell me can i add any caller picture image without saveing contact no. in phone memory. means i saved contact no. in sim card but i anable to add caller picture image without copy the contact in phone momery.

first installed (pc suit) in your pc,
and joint by data cable your pc and your phone already phone has been net connected.

You have to delete the internet settings in your phone. For that go to menu->settings->network->connections. here you will see the internet configuration settings of your phone. Delete the settings from both sim cards. After that your balance won’t be deducted.
i am also used only one sim delete the setting but switch off then switch on after reduce the balance continuously in 10p per 10KB but not used to internet so solve the problem in correct solution plz reply me……..
you have to delete all the app and games that u have download from the internet. . . After that switch off ur phn for 2 min. . .
First of all go to setting menu then reset then master reset After that put your security code then the problem will be solve.
reset your phone and check u set auto refresh to facebook or any on main screen it update

if i switch of my samsung delux gtc3312 mobile handset and then whenever i make it switch on internet is automatically going to connect to web pages and after some days problem stops but when iam going to change my network d same problem is repeating sujjest me solution
iam samsung gt c3312 user which compeletlely dissatisfied coz no suitable themes and no such suitable appications and waste inbuilt browsers and options in this model, we cannot able to connect to connect from pc via this handset easily ,we cannot able to find suitable pc suite ,still i cannot understand why they can provide the pcsuite with this handset iam completely cent percent unsatisfied. I had not dissatisfied this much when i am using nokia c2 00 which cost of 2900 with sufficient options, but this samsung gt c3312 have no optionsmore than even not equals to nokia c200 but the cost of samsung gt c3312 is above 1000/- more than nokia c200

boss or admin atleast give the way to connect internet from my Pc via this samsung gt c3312. I am using win 7 in my PC and have no suitable pcsuite . I have kies v2.5 installed in my pc but while connecting using systems dial up connection getting error 777(unable to connect coz modem or other divice is in out of order) try to atleast bit satisfaction by this helping with this handset model and i never go to choose the SAMSUNG and i never suggestion to near and dear ones

to use samsung c3312, u need to install older version i.e 1.5.3 of kies. it will work then!!!!
